Grilled Lemon Garlic Calamari

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp lemon juice1 tsp garlicOreganoSalt Pepper
Directions
Create marinade from 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, garlic to taste and dash oregano, salt and pepper.

Cut rinsed calamari tubes open to lay flat. Score inside, being careful not to cut all the way through. Marinate for at least 30 min.

Grill over high heat 1.5 -2 min each side, being careful not to overcook calamari. Cut tubes into rings and enjoy with additional lemon juice.
