Naturally Thin Cool Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
1 medium cucumber, peel and thinly sliced1/4 cup apple cider vinegar1 tbsp chopped fresh dill1 teaspoon honey1 teaspoon lemon juicesalt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Slice cucumbers and place in a bowl. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill for 30 minutes to combine flavors. Serve chilled. Recipe easily doubles to make enough to share.
