* Egg white, 3 serving (remove) * Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove) * Milk, 2%, .25 cup (remove) * Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded (remove) * Mushrooms, fresh, 3 large (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped (remove) * Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove) * *Butterball Turkey Bacon - Low Sodium, 1 slice, 2 serving (remove) * Olive Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)
Directions
beat eggs with milk
place egg mixture in pie plate rubbed with olive oil
chop remaining ingredients and scatter over egg mixture
bake in 350 oven for 15-20 minutes
