Spinach and Romaine lettuce mix, 3 cupCanned 98% Fat Free Chicken Breast in Water, 3 oz, shreddedGrapes, Red Seedless, .5 cup, sliced in halfMangos, .5 cup, sliced into bite size chunks without skinPumpkin Seeds with Sea Salt, 2 tablespoonsLime Vinaigrette, 2 tbspQueso Fresco, 1/4 cup, optional
Directions
1. Dress the salad greens with the lime vinaigrette sparingly.
