pasta, asiago, eggs, ham, basil
As you cook pasta, saute cubed ham in olive oil. You can also use a pound of bacon. Beat eggs with cheese and basil. When pasta is cooked (al dente), drain and toss in with ham. Pour egg mixture on top and toss all together. Top each serving with extra cheese. I always reserve some of the past liquid to toss in at the end just in case the pasta misture is too dry
