Turkey Loaf, Lean and Juicy

Ingredients
Directions
1 1/2 Lean Ground Turkey1/2 cup Chopped Onion1/2 cup Plain bread crumbs1/4 cup chopped celery1/4 chopped red (or green) bell pepper1 Large egg1 tbs Ketchup1 tsp garlic1 tsp soy sauseSalt and pepper to tasteIf Desired add:paprikadried parsleyoreganogarlic/onion powder
Preheat oven to 375.
1. Place turkey in large mixing bowl. Add all ingredients and seasonings. Mix with your hands till veggies are well distributed.
2. Place turkey on a cookie sheet. Mold into loaf shape.
3. Bake until brown on top and cooked through, to 165 degrees. About 45-50 minutes.
4. Remove loaf from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Extras!!!!!!!!
-----(If desired after step 2, lather outside of loaf with 3tbs of ketchup for more flavor, 45 more calories!!!)
---(If top is browning and still not cooked all the way through, make a tin-foil tent and secure over loaf for remainder of the cooking time.)
