Awesome Low Fat Mac and Cheese

1 1/2 cups plain Chobani or other greek yogurt1 1/2 cups buttermilk or skim milk1 teaspoon dried mustardpinch of cayenne1/4 teaspoon nutmeg1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper1 medium grated onion1 cup fat free grated cheddar2 cups Dreamfields elbow macaroni, uncooked3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Preheat Oven to 375
Spray a 9x9 in pan with cooking spray
Put the yogurt, buttermilk and spices in the blender and blend until smooth.
In a large bowl, mix the yogurt mixture, cheddar, onion, and macaroni until well mixed.
Pour the mixture into the pan and even out the top.
Sprinkle the top with the parmesan cheese.
Cook 45 minutes or until firm and the top is browned.
