Ingredients
3 cups rolled oatspinch of saltcinnamon .5 tsp.5 cup of maple syrup1 cup dried currants1 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
Stir all ingredients except currants. Pour on to baking sheet to form a single layer. bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir. Bake another 10 - 12 minutes. Should be just starting to brown lightly. Stir again and cool. Add currants. Store in glass container.
