2 lg granny smith apples1 t canola oil1 t butter1 t cinnamon1 T brown sugar3 lg eggs3/4 c nonfat milk3/4 c white whole wheat flour2 T gran sugarpinch salt1 t vanilla1 T powdered sugar
Directions
saute sliced apples in next 4 ingredients in oven-proof skillet over med heat until soft; blend all other ingredients & pour over apples; bake in 425 oven until browned, about 15-20 min
