Ingredients
wheat flour(100g)nachani(25g)bajara(25g)besan(50g)fenugreek leaves(100g)cumin, coriander powder -0.5tspsalt 0 .5yogurt-50golive oil -1tsp
Directions
Lightly mix all the flours. add rest of the ingredients. Knead nicely till the dough is smooth. divide into 4 equal parts. take one part again divide into 3 balls .Shape on wrist of your hand like disks. Make the sticks of all dough. Steam them in pressure cooker for 20 min. Serve hot with t.
