Banana Bread

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 1.25 cup Truvia Natural Sweetener, 3.5 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 4 tbsp Baking Powder, .5 tsp Baking Soda, .5 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) mashed Milk, 2%, 1 cup (ONLY GOING TO USE 1/3 CUP!!! SEE NOTES!!!!) Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp (GOES WITH MILK SEE NOTES!!!) Egg, fresh, 1 large I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Regular (Soft) Spread, 1/3 cup Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp
Directions
Took from Truvia website ,made couple changes. Their version called for regular butter and buttermilk. I don't use butter, and didn't have buttermilk so made up a substitute.

Mix Milk and vinegar together, let stand for 10 minutes.

Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix til blended, add truvia and sugar. Add in mashed banana's, egg, melted butter, 1/3 CUP ONLY OF MILK/VINEGAR MIX, vanilla extract.

Put into greased (I just use Pam Spray) bread pan, bake for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
