Ingredients
1 tsp fast action yeast1/2 tsp sugar1 tsp salt350g plain flour2 tbs Olive oil12 tbs lukewarm water (may need a little more)
Directions
Place the yeast, flour, salt & sugar in a large mixing bowl and stir well. Add the olive oil and water and mix the dough together. Turn out the dough and knead well for 10 minutes.
Place in a large, lightly oiled cliplock tub and leave in a warm place to rise for at least 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 240c.
Prepare all your pizza sauce (warmed) and toppings so they are laid out ready to go.
Place pizza tray in the oven to warm for 5-7 minutes whilst you roll out the dough.
Roll out the dough with a floured rolling pin. Keep turning and flouring the worktop throughout. Roll out thinly for a thin crust pizza.
Remove the tray from the oven and quickly (but carefully) move the dough onto the tray. Top with your pizza sauce and toppings and get it into the oven ASAP.
Cook for 15 minutes.
