Trout rainbow + rice

Ingredients
Rainbow Trout (fish), 250 grams Rice brown medium grain cooked, 200 grams Cabbage, fresh, 200 grams Beans, pinto, 100 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes, 100 grams Leeks, 100 grams Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
Directions
Boil the rice and mix with the beans
Put the fish in tin foil and add the oil and seasonings (e.g. pepper + parsley + coriander) and cook in the oven for 15 minutes
Cut the the vegetables and steam then for few minutes
