High Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/4 cup Whole Oats1/2 cup watercinnamon to taste1 tsp splenda1 egg
Directions
I use whole oatmeal, 1/4 cup with 1/2 cup water.
Microwave 45 sec. then stir, cook another 45 sec. and done.
Add ingredients, stir and enjoy.

If you stir the egg into small pieces it is not very noticeable, It looks funny but does not change the taste very much.

    It was still liquid, so I had to add an extra minute to cooking time. It was still a bit runny for my tastes, so I added 2 tbsp ground flax. Then it was pretty good. - 2/27/14
