1 package spring roll wrappers1/2 head cabbage, sliced thinly2 cups grated carrots1 large package bean sprouts1/2 cup 365 organic Soy Ginger Sauce
Saute vegetables in a large skillet until cabbage reduces in size by about half, then add sauce. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Follow instruction on package of wrappers to construct rolls and place each on a cookie sheet greased with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
