Ann's Veggie Pasta

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Pasta (Your choice)2 tbsp Extra light olive oilFresh or Frozen Asparagus (cut up in bite size pieces)Fresh mushrooms (cut up in bite size pieces)1 Red Ripe Tomato (Diced)2 Garlic Cloves2 Tbsp fresh BasilJuice of 1 lemon1 Cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
Directions
Boil pasta in separate pot with some lightly salted water.

Saute garlic and mushrooms in olive oil in saute pan. Once they are cooked through, add asparagus.

Just before mixing with the pasta, toss in the diced tomatos and chopped basil. Squeeze lemon juice over the whole pan.

Mix saute skillet with the drained pasta.

Sprinkle 1 cup of fresh, shredded parmesan cheese and toss.
