Ingredients:Cream of Onion Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 5 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)Milk, 1%, 0.5 cup (remove)Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz (remove)*French Fried Onions, 8 tbsp (remove)*Macaroni, enriched, 2 cup elbow shaped (remove)Lentils, 0.5 cup (remove)*Brown Rice, medium grain, 0.75 cup (remove)
Preheat oven to 375. In a 9x10 oven safe dish combine soup with milk and water, add noodles, rice and lentils and mix well. Place chicken atop the mixture. When oven is heated place tin foil over the dish and place in the center of the oven. Cook for 40 minutes. Remove the dish and mix the noodles and rice around, replace the foil and place back in oven for 20 minutes. In the final step, remove foil from and add cheese and french fried onions. Place back in the oven uncovered and bake until light browned. Remove and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 5 servings of chicken, and 5.5 servings of noodles and rice.
