Prawn and Potato Curry

Seasoning1tsp corrinader1tsp cumin1tsp tumeric1tsp ginger1tsp sugar1tsp Salt1/2tsp chilli1/2tsp garlic1lb Prawns1lb Potatoes diced1 small onion choppeddash of oil2 cups of Rice
Place oil and onions in pans and cook until onions are clear.
Add seasoning and a little water.
Add potatoes
then prawns (I use cooked peeled frozen)
cook until soft
Rice;
add4 cups of water to rice, cover, bring to the boil and then turn down on low for ten mins. then turn off and leave for another ten mins before lifting the lid.
Serving Size: serves 6
