Brown Rice Tomatoes and Okra

Ingredients
1/2 c. onion, chopped1/2 c. green pepper, chopped1 c. celery, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced2 chicken breasts, cut into small bite size pieces2 cups cooked brown rice1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes1 cup frozen okraoreganosalt (not included in nutritional info)
Directions
In large non-stick skillet saute first four ingredients. Add chicken breast and cook until no longer pink. Add diced tomatoes and okra. Add rice. Add seasonings to taste (these are not included on nutritional info) Cook for 15 minutes. Serve.
