Lemon-Garlic Shrimp & Vegetables

Ingredients
asparagus, bell peppers, shrimp, olive oil, salt, cornstarch, lemon zest and juice, garlic, chicken broth
Directions
cook vegetables with half the olive oil for about 7 minutes with the zest and half the salt. then take off the heat and let rest, covered. add the rest of the oil and cook the garlic for 30 secs. then begin cooking the shrimp. mix broth and starch in seperate bowl and add to shrimp. cook for like 10 minutes. then add the lemon and your done.
