Onion Chip Dip

Ingredients
1 Cup Onions chopped1/2 Cup Nonfat Cottage Cheese1/2 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream1 Tsp Garlic Powder1 Tsp Worchestershire Sauce2 Tbl Olive Oil
Directions
Cook Onions in Olive Oil until carmelized about 20 min. Allow to cool
In a blender blend Cottage Cheese until smooth add remaining ingredients. Blend until you like the conistancy of the onions. Some may like it chunker some may like it smooth.
