Eggs - Stuffed with yummy goodness

Ingredients
Egg - Sauder's Organic cage-free (200 O-3), 5 serving (remove)Organic Olive Oil Mayonnaise, 5 serving (remove)BioSALT - a balanced salt alternative, 5 serving (remove)Pepper, black, 1 serving (remove)Pickles - Kitchen Kettle Village Sweet Pickle Chips - 3 slices(28g), 3 oz (remove)
Directions
Boil eggs for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, pour off hot water, and cover with cold water. Peel eggs and slices in half lengthwise.. Scoop out all of the yolks into a bowl. Mash yolks with a fork. Mix in chopped pickles, Organic Olive Oil Mayonnaise, (See recipe shared by Ruthie Marchant), Bio salt, and fresh ground black pepper. Mix the yolk mixture well and divide the mixture evenly between the egg white halves. To make them fancier, squeeze the mixture into the eggs from a plastic bag with the end cut off. Sprinkle tops with a little sweet paprika, or cayenne pepper for spicier eggs.
