Garlic Shrimp & Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
1 Spaghetti Squash Cooked and Shredded40 Medium Shrimp (raw) (10 per serving)6 oz Good ValueFat Free Cream Cheese6 Tbsp Parmasan Cheese5 Cloves Garlic Chopped1/4 Cup Chopped onion1 Can Fat Free Chicken Broth5 Sprays Cant Believe Its Not Butter4 Sprigs Parsley for Garnish
Directions
Heat skillet, Spray with butter, add garlic,onion,sweat untill fragrant.
Add cream cheese and chicken broth ,reserve some to thin mix if necessary, cook and stir untill cream cheese is melted,.
Add 4 tablespoons parmasan cheese and Shrimp. Cook untill just done, do not overcook shrimp.
Place 3/4 cup of Spaghetti Squash on 4 plates and divide shrimp mix between them.
Garnish With Parsley and remaining parmasan.
