Chicken Cheddar Broccolli Casserole

3 Chicken Breasts (can use more or less, per taste)4 cups white rice (cooked)1 bag steamed broccolli 2 cups cheddar cheese1 can cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup1 can (cup) milk(optional) 1 cup cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top
Boil chicken in pot of water until thoroughly cooked. In separate pot, cook rice as directed.
Cube or shred chicken, then combine with rice, soup, milk, cheese and broccolli until well mixed, in a 9x11 casserole dish. Sprinkle with chesse (optional) and bake in oven at 375 for 20 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes approx. 6-8 servings
