Ingredients
2 Avocados1Tomato1 bunch Cilantro3 T Red Wine Vinegar2 Mangos1 Can Black Beans1 Can Whole Kernel Corn1 green pepper1 red pepper1 yellow pepper1 orange pepper1 purple onion
Directions
drain and rinse corn, drain and rinse black beans, seed and dice tomato, seed or pit, and dice all other fruits and vegetables and toss in bowl with red wine vinegar and cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.
