Chicken and vegetable salad

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Dole Cole Slaw mix4 carrots, chopped.25 cup cucumber diced1 broccoli floret chopped1 cauliflower floret chopped8 pea pods chopped2 scallions, chopped6 tblsps Wishbone, light raspberry walnut viniagarette
Directions
Chop vegetables toss to combine.
Grill or sear chicken (I used my George Forman Grill)
Combine with dressing just before serving
