Ingredients
Simply potatoes shredded hash browns -3 cupMushrooms, fresh- 4 ozPeppers- 1/2 cupJimmy Dean - 9 links slicedKraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese-1/2 cup Egg Beater- 2 cup
Directions
spray the bottom of the casserole dish with Pam. Place the hash brown in the dish season with salt & pepper. Bake at 375 for 15 mins. Saute the mushroom, peppers and Turkey Sausage. Once hash browns are cooked layer the cheese, vegetable and hash brown mixture. Then add the egg beaters. bake for 15 mins.
