Baked fruit pie

4 large bramley appled, peeled, cored and chopped into large pieces2 tins of summer fruit in light syrup (available in most supermarkets as an own brand)2 large handfuls of raisinslots of cinamon and mixed spice1 sheet of jus rol puff pastry
cook all the fruit and spice in the oven at 200 degrees for about an hour.
defrost the sheet of pastry
allow the fruit to cool
place the fruit into your pie dish and place the pastry sheet over the top and trim to fit the dish using a sharp knife.
press the sides down with your thumb
cut two slits in the centre of the pie to allow the steam to escape.
dust lightly with icing sugar
Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes until golden.
