Potatoes with sour cream and chives

Ingredients
2 small potatoes4 tbs of sour cream1 tsp of chives, freshly choppedIf you want you can add salsa, also very very good.
Directions
If baking potatoes, scrub them throughly with a brush, pat dry. Prick potatoes with a fork (if desired a softer skin, wrap in aluminum foil.

Bake at 435 for 40 -60 mins unitl tender. Roll each potato gently under your hand. Using a knife, cut an X in each top. press in and up on the ends of each potato.

Top with sour cream and chives [salsa]
