Brown Sugar Glaze

Ingredients
1/2 C Brown Sugar1/2 C Apple Juice4 Tbsp Canola Oil1 Tbsp Soy Sauce1/2 Tbsp Ginger, ground2 Tbsp Flour1/2 C Water
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, apple juice, oil, soy sauce, ginger, salt , and pepper. Bring to boil. Combine water and flour in small bowl (I use one with a lid so I can shake them together), and whisk into brown sugar mixture. Stir until thick.

Serving Size: Makes glaze for about 6 servings
