Salmon and Cheese Crockpot Casserole

Ingredients
14.75 oz can of Pink Salmon2 eggs1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese1 TBSP lemon juice1 TBSP dry minced onion2 slices of whole wheat light bread (toasted and torn apart)1 can mushroom pieces (no salt added)
Directions
Remove bones from Salmon and place salmon in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix. Place in lightly greased (I use Pam) crockpot. Cook on low 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours.
