Ingredients
3 potatoes14 oz Hillshire Farm Beef Smoked Sausage1 (15oz) can of Red Kidney Beans1 (14.5) can Tomatoes with green chilies1 medium onion 2 1/2 inch1 Green Bell Pepper1 Tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread1 Tbsp Canola Oil1 Tbsp Brown Sugar1 Tsp Cholula Seasoning
Directions
Heat Canola oil and butter. Add potatoes and cook 5 minutes. Add Smoked Sausage and heat through. Add Tomatoes, Kidney Beans and heat through. Add onion, bell pepper and spices. Cook until pepper is cooked to your desire doneness.
