Herbed Crab Cakes

1 cup tightly packed crab meat( use the real stuff- not the imitation kind!1.5 Tbls Mustard1/2 teas worchestershire1 teas Lime juice1 Teas onion powder1 Tbls egg substitute2 Tbls Panko bread crumbs( or comparable crumb)1/2 teas dried marjoram1 Tbls dried chives
Mix everything in a bowl- form into 4 patties then in a nonstick pan- spray pam and sprinkle cornmeal- then place patties and brow over med 4 min per side until hot through and a crispy coating has formed.
Serve with the Cilantro Black Bean Cakes featured in a separate recipe...or serve with just the aioli from that recipe. You can also use these with other presentations- Sky's the limit! These are also great with Cheese Grits, Rice Pilaf or mashed potatoes!
