Balsamic Strawberries and Ricotta Cream

Ingredients
1 cup Part Skim Ricotta Cheese1/4 cup Honey1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract3 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar1 1/2 tabelspoons Agave Nectar1 pound Strawberries2 tablespoon Basil Leaves
Directions
Hull and quarter the strawberries

Blend together the cheese,honey and almond extract..then refrigerate for 2 hours prior to serving.

In a saucepan heat the vinegar and agave nectar bring to a boil then simmer for 2 minutes..then let this mixture cool completley

Cut the basil leaves into ribbons

Then gently toss the berries, vinegar, and basil

Divide the cream in 4 cocktail glasses and top with the berries


Serving Size: makes 4 1/4 cream 1/2 cup berries servings
