Fitnessista's Egg Salad

Ingredients
2 Chopped boiled eggs1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt1 T mustard1/4 chopped onion1/4 t paprika, garlic, sea salt, pepper1 t tumeric
Directions
Mix:
2 Chopped boiled eggs
1 half container of yogurt
1 T mustard

Add:
1/4 chopped onion, 1/4 t paprika, garlic, sea salt, pepper
1 t tumeric (for the lovely yellow color and natural anti-inflammatory purposes)

*Fitnessista had 2 whites with 1 whole egg instead, and had 1T of nutritional yeast in addition
Serve as a sandwich, or eat as a side
