Baked hashbrown casserole

Cascadian Farm Organic Hash Browns, 3 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Egg, fresh, 6 large Beans, black, 2 cup Cheese, Dairy-Free, Daiya, Cheddar Style, 3oz Spinach, frozen, 1 cup Salt and pepper to taste Cooking spray of choice
Spray casserole dish with oil. Mix onions into hashbrowns and place on bottom of casserole in an even layer.Place under broiler until hashbrowns start to brown. Remove from oven.
Put spinach and then black beans on top of hashbrowns. Beat eggs, add a bit of salt and pepper, and pour on top of veggies and beans. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 until eggs are fully cooked.
