Healthy Lasagna

Ingredients
Whole wheat lasagna noodles(1 box)Meat Sauce1 lb ground meat ( I like 1/2 beef, 1/2 pork sausage)1 cup chopped onion2 cloves minced garlic1 large can crushed tomatoes1 6oz can tomato pastedried oreganofresh basil1/4t pepperCheese filling1 150z container fat free ricotta1 egg1/4 cup parmesan1T Parsley2 cups shredded mozzarella
Directions
Preheat oven to 375

Brown meat with onions and garlic, Drain fat

Stir in tomatoes and herbs, bring to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes, covered.

Cook noodles 10-12 minutes until al dente

Combine Egg, ricotta, parsley and parmesan.

In deep casserole dish or baking pan, layer cooked noodles, cheese filling, meat sauce, and mozzarella. Makes 3-4 layers.

Bake, 30-35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
