Ingredients
3.6 oz of Red Skin Potatoes1.5 tbsp olive oil1 tsp oregano1 tsp basil1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp onion salt1/2 tsp garlic salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Dice red skin potatoes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well distributed.

Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 45 min until browned.
