Steak Stir Fry

1.5 tbsp Vegetable oil2 cloves garlic1 stalk fresh celery (about 10" long)8 spear fresh asparagus (about 7-8" long)5 spear fresh broccoli (about 5" long)1 cup mushrooms (any kind, chopped thick)1 cup cooked steak (chopped into bite sized pieces; recipe is calculated for bottom round tri-tip)2 tbsp soy saucesalt and pepper
Finely chop the garlic, and then sweat it in a large pan with the vegetable oil on medium to medium-high heat.
Chop up vegetables to evenly sized pieces and cook in pan until mushrooms begin to brown. Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste.
Add steak to vegetables and cook until warm throughout. Serve immediately (leftovers refrigerate well).
