Chicken-Vegetable Curry

Ingredients
2 Chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces¼ C Olive Oil1 Onion, chopped3 cloves Garlic, minced1 Green Pepper, sliced1 can Tomatoes1 tsp Curry Powder½ tsp Paprika½ C Raisins Salt & pepper
Directions
cut chicken into cubes. chop onion and green peppers. mince garlicCook chicken, onion and garlic in olive oil until chicken is cooked through. Add vegetables and seasonings. Simmer 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
