* 1/2 Loaf Healthy Life 100% Whole Grain Bread (or good bread) * Egg, fresh, 12 large * Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 12 fl oz * Yellow Mustard, 1/2 cup *Kroger Shredded Mild Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheese, 8 oz * *Kroger 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Finely Shredded Cheese, 8 oz *3 tsp salt & pepper *2 tsp onion & garlic powder
spray a 9x13 pan with Pam. preheat oven to 425
combine all ingredients- the bread needs to be torn in to pieces (doesn't have to necessarily be bite size). you can add any number of veggies to this, just saute them before adding to mix.
pour in to large casserole pan. 9x13 if you strictly use this recipe.
Serving Size: can cut as large as you want, but this recipe is 24 small pieces
