Steak and spinach quiche

Ingredients
crust:1 cup flour.25 cup oil.5 cup water1 teaspoon saltFilling:3 eggs.25 cup milk4oz cheese4oz shaved steak1 onion.5 bunch of spinach1 small can mushrooms
Directions
Crust:
Mix the flour and oil then add water until dough forms a ball. Roll out and place in a pie tin.

Cook onions steak and spinach in a pan.
In a separate bowl add eggs milk, shredded cheese, and mushrooms. Mix well

Add the cooked steak and spinach into pie tin and pour egg mixture on top.

Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked.

Serving Size: One serving is 1/8th of the quiche
