IN A POT POUR IN OIL , ADD ONION, PEPPER, GARLIC, CHICKEN STRIPS DICED, AND SAUSAGE. COOK TILL CHICKEN IS NEAR DONE. ADD TOMATOES, CORN, LET SIMMER ABOUT 10 MINUTES ON MEDIUM HEAT, ADD OKRA AND CONTINUE TO SIMMER. ADD SHRIMP, WHEN TOMATOES AND OKRA ARE COOKED AND TURN OFF HEAT, COVER AND LET STAND TILL SHRIMP ARE PINK. YOU MAY SERVE OVER RICE OR WITHOUT.
