Molasses Bran Muffins

Ingredients
Flaxseed, 1/4 cup ground Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Wheat bran, crude, 1 cup Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed Baking Soda, 2 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp Raisins, 1 cup, packed Milk, 2%, .75 cup Egg white, 2 serving Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup Molasses, 5 tbsp Non-stick cooking spray
Directions
Mix flour, flaxseed, bran, sugar, raisins and dry ingredients together. Stir together milk eggs and vanilla and stir this into batter until well moistened. Add applesauce and molasses. Spray cupcake pan and fill cupcake pan until 3/4 full and bake at 350* for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 24 med muffins.
