Easy Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients
6oz semisweet chocolate chips (half a bag)1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions
Bring heavy cream to just boiling over medium heat. Pour over chocolate chips in another bowl. Stir until smooth. Dip directly into this mixture for a glossy coating. Refrigerate for an hour to have a firmer consistency for spreading. Or cool and whip for a fluffier consistency that can be piped.
