Shake&Bake Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
Ground Chicken 500gSeasoned Breadcrumbs 3/4 cupWorcestershire Sauce to tasteEgg (1 large or extra large)Shake'n'Bake (enough to coat each golfball sized meatball)
Directions
mix all ingredients in a bowl by hand (except the shake'n'bake), form into balls, coat balls in shake'n'bake, place on baking sheet and flatten slightly, preheat oven to 400 degrees (f) and bake for about 20 minutes.
