use any old red onion, or white or sweet onion, just LaRosa's came up on here.
Directions
Dice chicken into desirable portion sizes. 3 chicken breasts seems to be plenty to make this meal with lots of leftovers. When done cutting chicken, heat some canola oil in a medium sized pan, and cook chicken. While chicken is cooking, heat a pot of water with a pinch of salt and teaspoon of olive oil for the linguine to cook. Dice about 1/4 cup red onion (as much as you would like) and add to cooked chicken. When chicken and linguine are cooked, drain linguine, place pot with linguine on a cool surface, add cooked chicken and a jar of alfredo sauce. Mix and serve!
