Gluten Free Salmon patties

Ingredients
1 6 oz can Wild Caught Alaskan Pink Salmon 1 Egg 1/4 cup (41grams) Cream of Buckwheat 2 tbsp Onion, raw 1 clove Garlic, 1/4 cup cilantro 1 tbsp *Ketchup, Heinz, 1 cup Pamala's Ultimate Gluten Free Baking and Pancake mix, 1/4 teaspoon curry powder 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Heat olive oil in frying pan.
Chop up onion, garlic and cilantro together and put in large bowl.
Add canned salmon, drained.
add egg and mix well.
add curry powder
add cream of Buckwheat and ketchup. Mix
Then add Pamala's pancake mix or equivalent.
Divide into 6 parts and form into patties. Fry in hot ollive oil
until browned on both sides.
serve with vegetables and salad
