Mushroom & Barley Casserole

Ingredients
fresh mushrooms, onions, beef broth, butter, Quick Pro Barley
Directions
Sautee mushroom and onion in butter. Add barley and brown. Pour intro 2 quart casserole dish. Add 1 C. of broth. Bake 350 for 30 mins. Then add 2nd C. of broth. Cook until broth absorbed. About another 30 mns.
