Penne Pasta with Ground Trukey

Ingredients
1 box whole wheat penne pasta cooke to box instructions2 cans Pasta sauce1 pound ground turkey1 red pepper1 orange pepper1 cup carrots2 cups mushrooms1 cup green onion3 clover garlic
Directions
Chop peppers, onions, carrots and mushrooms to the size you like. You can us a garlic press or chop it.

Toss the grond turkey into a warm pot. Once it starts to brown add the veggies. When the meat is cooked and no longer pink you can dran it if you have fat in the pan. Using the extra lean turkey you should not have to.

Add the pasta sauce and cook on low for about 35 to 40 minutes. I think the longer you cook it the better it is just keep the temp turned down.

Mix over one box of cook Penne pasta
